Nancy Jefferson-Rackley, President – RxP Products, Inc.
Ms. Rackley joined Flamex Industries in 1984, working with its founder and CEO Dean Johnson. Flamex is the company where the technology that is now RxP was born. After Mr. Johnson’s death in 2008, Ms. Rackley took the helm as President of RxP Products.
Ms. Rackley grew up in a small mid-western town, Belleville, Illinois, one of four children of Dean and Louise Johnson. This is where she developed her work ethic, drive and her sound business sense. Her knowledge of manufacturing, wholesaling and marketing is extensive. Prior to joining Mr. Johnson and Flamex Industries in 1988, Ms. Rackley spent over 12 years in retail as both a department store buyer and then retail store owner. These combined experiences and her tutelage under Dean Johnson has lead to an in-depth understanding of the importance of offering an affordable green energy alternative to the world we live in.
Ms Rackley continues to build RxP as a solid US company while carrying forward Mr. Johnson’s dream to have the air we breathe free of harmful particulates and the world a healthier cleaner place to live.
