Test For The State of Florida D.O.T.
Test Dates: July 2004 – July 2005

The following listed vehicles were driven collectively 75,239 miles over a one-year period and were refueled at commercial service stations. Pollution tests were conducted with a 5-gas analyzer before using RxP and after one year using RxP. All vehicles during the test were operating within EPA guidelines. The D.O.T personnel through their drivers furnished all fuel and mileage data. Note: RxP testing has normally shown a 3% to 10% increase depending on the age of the vehicle and the mileage.

The fuel savings of 367.82 gallons of gasoline dramatically reduced all global warming gases by 12.19%. This reduction far exceeds requirements to meet the Kyoto protocol. HC and CO were further reduced during the test period and NOx, which was averaging from 150 ppm to 335 ppm, was all but eliminated to 0 ppm.

All vehicles were of high mileage. The dramatic results were achieved through RxP’s unique use of “Radiant Containment Technology” increasing the thermal value of the fuel. Savings were computed based on gasoline at $2.20 per gallon with RxP at $.10 cents per treated gallon. The total fuel used in this test was 3016.59 gallons. The cost of treatment was $.10 per gallon, a total of $301.66. The net savings were $809.20, plus the saving of 367.82 gallons of fuel.

To further evaluate the tests, the comparisons below were made:

(1) Pre Test. Miles per gallon of the vehicles prior to test.
(2) EPA mileage projected for new vehicles in combined highway and local driving.
(3) Percentage + or – of EPA vehicle standards before the test.
(4) Miles per gallon attained by vehicles during the test using RxP.
(5) Percentage + or – of EPA vehicle standards of vehicles using RxP.
(6) Total percentage of increase in miles per gallon using RxP.

Note: Vehicles were exceptionally well maintained. Good records and periodic maintenance was performed by the D.O.T.. The older, high mileage vehicles driven by the general public are poorly maintained and results with the use of RxP would be more dramatic. There are over two hundred million vehicles in this nation and Florida is estimated to have approximately fifteen million operating in the state. More than half of those vehicles are over 7 years old with high mileage. A 5% to 20% reduction in fuel usage would result in a remarkable reduction in greenhouse gases and fossil fuel pollution.

The EPA estimates that at least 15,000 people die from exhaust pollution each year. Radiant Containment Technology can dramatically reduce this figure.
